The Relics of St Thérèse of Lisieux will visit the Archdiocese of Glasgow
Monday 16th September
5.00 pm Welcome Ceremony Parish of Saint Teresa of Lisieux in Possilpark followed by time for personal veneration
7.30 pm Evening Prayer followed by time for personal veneration with occasional moments of prayer and reflection
10.00 pm Night Prayer and Conclusion of visit
Tuesday 17th September
10.00 am Mass Saint Teresa’s, Possilpark followed by transfer to Saint Andrew’s Metropolitan Cathedral
12 noon Welcome ceremony at the Cathedral
1.00 pm Mass followed by opportunity for personal veneration
5.15 pm Mass followed by opportunity for personal veneration
7.00 pm Evening Prayer
8.00 pm All-night Vigil with opportunity for personal veneration and occasional moments of prayer and devotions associated with St. Thérèse
There will be confessions on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2pm until 10pm
Wednesday 18th September
8.15 am Mass to conclude the all night vigil followed by opportunity for personal veneration during which visits will also be made by young people from Catholic schools across the Archdiocese
A Mini Bus will leave St Robert’s at 11.30am on Wednesday to take us to the Cathedral for personal prayer and veneration and Mass.
1.00 pm Mass followed by personal veneration during which visits will also be made by young people from our Catholic schools
5.15 pm Mass followed by opportunity for personal veneration
7.30 pm Mass for the sick followed by opportunity for personal veneration
10.00 pm Night Prayer
Thursday 19th September
8.15 am Mass followed by opportunity for personal veneration
1.00 pm Closing ceremony followed by return of the relics to Lisieux
